HumBo - Slackware ARM on a HummingBoard
Installer and guide
This website is designed as an end-to-end guide to install and run Slackware ARM Linux on the HummingBoard.

What is a HummingBoard?
The HummingBoard is a single board microcomputer, designed and manufactured by SolidRun Ltd, the company behind the world's smallest desktop computer, CuBox-i. It's been designed with the same form-factor (and some identical features) as a Raspberry Pi model B, and uses Freescale i.MX6 ARM Cortex-A9 architecture single-core, dual-core, and quad-core, processors mounted on SolidRun's state-of-the-art Micro System on a Module (MicroSOM). This enables the HummingBoard to run many more operating systems than the Raspberry Pi is capable of, with greater speed and efficiency. It's an open hardware concept and comes with full schematics and layout, and is backed by the global digital maker community, which means you can change and modify the HummingBoard in any way you like and get full kernel upstreaming support with all the assistance you need. The future of single board microcomputers has certainly become a lot more interesting and exciting since the advent of the HummingBoard. Kudos to SolidRun who obviously have a very discerning eye on the Internet of Things (IoT).
